Edusave Awards for Achievement, Good Leadership and Service (EAGLES) |
Objective
The Edusave Awards currently focus only on academic achievement. The new EAGLES Awards will help to
encourage pupils in every school to strive to excel in all non-academic areas.
Value of Awards
Secondary schools, JC/CI and ITE pupils will receive $150 each.
Quota of Awards
Each secondary school, independent school, JC/CI and ITE will be given an award quota equal to 5% of it's
Singaporean pupils.
Eligibility Criteria
These are the minimum threshold criteria which a pupil must meet before he will be considered for the award.
Pupils must be Singaporeans and must satisfy criteria as well as (b), (c) or (d) as applicable.

Pass their school examinations and attain a conduct grade of good or better.

For awards in Leadership: have assumed leadership appointments as Executive Committee Members in core activities or Captain/Vice Captain of Sports and Games.

For awards in Achievement: have represented the school in competitions, performancesor exhibitions at International, National, National Youth, National Age Group, Or Singapore School Levels.

For awards in Service: have completed at least 16 hours of CIP, or attained a high level of voluntary work in school or outside the school.
