Officially launched by Mr. Nicholas Tang, Deputy Director, Teachers’ Network Ministry of Education, the school refocused the activities of Victoria Challenge to promote a thinking culture in VS. This significant change coupled with the hearty support and response from pupils and staff helped VS win the MOE Best Improved Thinking Culture Award (East Zone) and The Most Improved School Award.
